Companies that rely on event attendance need to have a robust customer engagement strategy and look for opportunities to create touch points with their customers. We worked with Federal Auction Service, a respected niche auction house, to develop a high end annual report consistent with the type of product the company specializes in – rare gems, diamonds and luxury timepieces. The annual report not only reinforced the Federal Auction brand through the quality of the publication, but also educated customers on the future prospects of their asset classes and reinforced their decision to invest in the type of products marketed by the company.
