When Van Houtte Coffee entered the water business the company’s marketing department was looking for a fresh way to get in front of prospects who had previously turned the company down. We worked with Van Houtte to develop a simple personalized pre-sales call information brochure letting prospects know that Van Houtte could take care of both their coffee and water needs. Inside the folded brochure the prospect was told the name of the rep who would be calling to set up a meeting. Reps were able to book meetings with more than 30% of the prospects who received the promo piece and generated over $100,000 in new sales contracts as a result of that campaign.
